Rye and oysters, take 2

Last week it was $1 oysters in NYC. This week, it's 50¢ oysters in NOLA. Thank you, happy hour specials.

Oof! I had a couple of Sazeracs to supply the rye. (I'd been drinking ryes pretty much all week, as I'm starting to prefer them to bourbon.) After a rough work week, these hit the spot. I also found out inadvertently that heaping amounts of horseradish can help you can stave off a sore throat for maybe half a day.
